Poppy cultivation remains stable, however existing stocks with cover any shortfall in the future. Cannabis cultivation has been because of a lack of positive response from the international community. Their is a flow of precursors into Pakistan and there is an emerging threat of synthetics across the country.
International community involvement is essential and must be strengthened.
